By accessing or using TripBey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using TripBey and delete your account.

2. Eligibility

To use TripBey Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess legal authority to enter binding contracts
  • Use Services only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain security of your account credentials
3. Service Description

TripBey connects users with independent transportation providers ("Drivers"). Our Services include:

Credit-Based Rides

Take rides on credit and pay later through our platform

Driver Payments

Pay approved drivers through various payment methods

Note: TripBey is a technology provider, not a transportation carrier. Drivers are independent contractors.
4. User Responsibilities

As a TripBey user, you agree to:

5. Payments & Credit Terms
Credit-Based Rides

By using credit features, you agree to:

  • Repay all credit amounts within the specified period
  • Pay applicable late fees for overdue payments
  • Maintain a valid payment method on file
  • Accept that credit limits may be adjusted based on history
Consequences of Non-Payment
  • Suspension or termination of your account
  • Inability to use credit-based features
  • Reporting to credit bureaus where permitted
  • Collection efforts for outstanding balances
6. Intellectual Property

All TripBey content is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Services
  • Use TripBey trademarks without permission
  • Remove any proprietary notices
7. Limitation of Liability
Important Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripBey shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages from user interactions with drivers
  • Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to TripBey in the past six months, or $100.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use Services immediately ceases
  • You remain liable for outstanding payments
  • We may retain information per our Privacy Policy

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws where TripBey is established. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
